Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, Afaf Veil does not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been delivered.

Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

If you have any questions about a product, including sizing, fabric, colour, or style, please contact us at afafveil@gmail.com before placing your order. We are happy to answer your questions and help you choose the right product.

Exceptions

We will only accept returns or provide a replacement if:

• You received the wrong product.

• You received a product in the wrong colour.

• Your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind.

• Personal preference or not liking the product.

• Ordering the wrong item yourself.

• Incorrect size selected by the customer.

If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at afafveil@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• A clear photo of the item received

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, send the correct product, or issue a full refund where appropriate. We will also cover any return shipping costs for approved claims.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected, where applicable.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and colours are as accurate as possible.

Please note:

• Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

• All measurements are approximate and may vary by up to 2.5 cm.

• Some fabrics, such as Nida, require extra care. We recommend light steaming or ironing on a low temperature, as the fabric may wrinkle during shipping.
